Rebel Gold: Organic jojoba and permaculture-organic turmeric work hard to help even skin tone, fade pigmentation and reduce redness and blemishes. You will GLOW.

QueenB: NZ-native kanuka is deeply infused into organic jojoba for next level healing and maximum hydration. You'll wake with dewy, refreshed skin.

Rebel Gold: in the morning on clean skin and prior to makeup. (If you’re not a fan of oil in tbe morning, alternate at night-time with QueenB instead). 7 drops approx into hands and then apply to face and neck. If you use a sunscreen separate to your makeup, apply Rebel Gold beforehand.

CONVICTION cannot re-send your order outside New Zealand if your order gets returned to us due to non-delivery/non-collection.

Countries shipped to and their rates are dictated by DHL with regions of but not limited to: Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia, North America and South America. We also have access to NZ Post for international shipments. You can see the full list of countries shipped to at checkout or here.

Please contact NZ Post or DHL directly to get information about your order once it has been dispatched; only contact CONVICTION Customer Care if your order has been deemed lost by NZ Post or DHL or if you have received faulty or damaged products.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are shipped from Auckland and will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days, excluding unforeseen (e.g., COVID) business delays. Please note, our estimated shipping times do not include our processing time.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated shipping times are used as a guide only. CONVICTION can also not be held responsible for any delays, or missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers.

If your item hasn't had a tracking update for 5 or more days please email hello@conviction.co.nz and we can file an investigation for your parcel. Please note, during busy, sale and promotional times we may have small delays.

We make this stuff with some serious conviction that you’re going to fall in love with it. That’s why we guarantee it.

If you buy it, use it and don’t fall in love with it within 30 days, we will refund your money or exchange it for one of our other face oil infusions.
