Refund policy

If you are unhappy in any way with your Conviction product, we will refund you if you have trialled the product for at least two weeks and adhered to the advice provided by Conviction customer service. 

After 30 days we are not obliged to refund your purchase, however we will discuss your concerns on a case by case basis and decide on a course of action.
